5 Minutes -Sticky Feet & Reach
5 Minutes - Mohawk Turns
5 Minutes - Plow Stops
5 Minutes - Pigeon Toe Stops
5 Minutes - Crossover Laterals
20 Minutes - Crossovers Circle Drill (both directions)
